Assessment of the softening point of polypropylene fiber-modified asphalt based on machine learning models

Nghiên cứu này phát triển mô hình học máy nhằm dự báo nhiệt độ hóa mềm của nhựa đường biến tính bằng sợi polypropylene (PP). Bộ dữ liệu gồm 76 mẫu thực nghiệm với sáu biến đầu vào đại diện cho đặc tính vật liệu và điều kiện chế tạo. Hai mô hình GBR và XGB được xây dựng và tối ưu bằng tìm kiếm lưới. Kết quả cho thấy mô hình XGB đạt hiệu suất dự báo cao nhất trên tập kiểm tra với R² = 0,9681.

TÓM TẮT
Nghiên cứu này phát triển mô hình học máy nhằm dự báo nhiệt độ hóa mềm của nhựa đường biến tính bằng sợi polypropylene (PP). Bộ dữ liệu gồm 76 mẫu thực nghiệm với sáu biến đầu vào đại diện cho đặc tính vật liệu và điều kiện chế tạo. Hai mô hình GBR và XGB được xây dựng và tối ưu bằng tìm kiếm lưới. Kết quả cho thấy mô hình XGB đạt hiệu suất dự báo cao nhất trên tập kiểm tra với R² = 0,9681. Phân tích SHAP chỉ ra hàm lượng sợi PP là yếu tố ảnh hưởng lớn nhất đến nhiệt độ hóa mềm với giá trị SHAP trung bình 8,243, tiếp theo là vận tốc trộn (2,037) và nhiệt độ hóa mềm của nhựa đường gốc (2,036). Kết quả nghiên cứu không chỉ cung cấp mô hình dự báo có độ chính xác cao mà còn làm rõ vai trò của các thông số vật liệu và công nghệ, góp phần hỗ trợ thiết kế và tối ưu hóa nhựa đường biến tính bằng sợi PP.
